4. Gather the required documents.
Prepare and submit the necessary documents for finalizing the contract.
5. Sign the franchise agreement.
Familiarize yourself with the operational manual, access the unified information system, and begin preparations to open the new branch.
6. Prepare human resources.
Prepare human resources by attending training, management, and other relevant courses.
7. Prepare the classroom or training space.
Renovate and furnish the classroom or training space for conducting educational activities.
8. Grand opening of the branch.
8. Organize the opening event of the franchised branch and enroll students.
