The Academy of English has been continuously operating since 2005, focusing on improving public English education. Since 2012, our team has been developing and successfully implementing special English programs tailored to the age and cognitive characteristics of Mongolian children. A key advantage is that all our lessons are taught 100% in English by professional Mongolian teachers.

Our team
As of September 2024, we operate nine branches in Ulaanbaatar with a total of 75 teachers and staff members. We strive to strengthen collaboration and create an environment that supports the professional growth of each teacher. We organize internal teacher development programs and offer numerous opportunities for skill enhancement training. Additionally, every year, we go on excursions to better get to know each other and work together as a dedicated team, united by a common goal.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE
- Graduated with honors in 1997 from the Foreign Language Teacher Training Institute with a degree in Russian and English language teaching.
- In 2002, completed teaching practice in South Korea.
- n 2002, conducted research at the Department of Linguistics, Durham University, United Kingdom.
- In 2006, conducted research at the Centre for Modern Languages, University of Toronto, Canada, by invitation.
- In 2006, participated in the English Language Teaching Methodology Diploma Program at the CSLI English Language Institute in Vancouver, Canada, for professional development.
- In 2009, graduated with a degree in Law from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia.

- In 1999, received a Master's degree in Education.
- In 2003, earned a Doctorate in Linguistics (Ph.D).
- In 2004, received the title of Associate Professor.
In 2004, awarded an honorary certificate by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science (MECSS). - In 2011, awarded the title of "Outstanding Education Worker" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science (MECSS).
- In 2016, awarded the highest title of Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters International.
- In 2016, received the prestigious Presidential Award from Toastmasters International.
